Number of IPOs hits multi-year high on good valuations, pricing

The stock market’s strong performance and favorable pricing are leading to a surge in initial public offerings (IPOs), with the number of IPOs reaching a multi-year high. In the current fiscal year, 166 companies have gone public through IPOs, surpassing the previous year’s total. However, the amount of money raised is lower compared to the previous year due to large offerings in 2021-22.
