He also warns against prolonged sitting and recommends practicing good posture, yoga, and quitting smoking. Additionally, he suggests monitoring weight in pounds, reducing carbohydrate consumption, and focusing on protein and vegetables. Regular health check-ups, including blood tests and heart evaluations, are recommended for individuals over 40.
