The six -year British champion of Plymouth reached the semifinals of 110m obstacles in the late 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo.
He reached the final of the 2022 Indoor World Championship, after having attracted the lots after registering a time identical to Japan Nomoto Shusei in the semifinal.
King also ran in three European championships, represented England at the 2018 Commonwealth Games and reached the semifinals of the 2022 World Championship.

“Track and Field has been my world for more than a decade.
“Now it is a leg almost a year since my last race,” he added.
“After last season, I was sure it was time to get away, and this time he has only reinforced that decision.
“I am incredible proud of everything I am achieved, and I am so excited that the rest of my life has begun.”
